Yeah, it was stated that gaia sprang from the beginning of time, but I mean for all we know she came and she brought uranos with her. It's not like she needs any tools or time to create something. After all these are all just myths.

in his creation myth hesoid didnt specify exactly if gaia came from chaos or not he simply said after chaos came gaia(i think) and according to this some people say that gaia actually came from chaos others said that gaia simply appeared after chaos so its really up to you how you understand it. but anyway it is certain that gaia created uranus
