Nope, maybe nigh-omnipotent - but definitely not omnipotent. I honestly can't say who wins myself though, the current Monitor isn't all that powerful - Divine Spawn hasn't done much to give me much of a reason to believe he is much more powerful if at all.

I think the terms God Spawn and Divine Spawn are interchangeable. I don't think I have ever seen an official declaration of a different name between the two.

God Spawn or Divine, whichever you want to call him, doesn't have the MoM under his own power. If no mention of MoM's backing is made, then I don't see the point being relevant.

God Spawn is not omnipotent but is nigh-omnipotent. Then again, I'm pretty sure the anti-monitor is also nigh-omnipotent.

Anti Monitor has done much more impressive things than God Spawn who has hype and on paper speculation.

@amendment50: Not necessarily true. God Spawn is nigh-omnipotent and I just re-read the COIE arc and the Anti-Monitor is only a multiversal threat. God Spawn technically wins. If you read Spawn 163 very carefully, you can see that Spawn and the Man of Miracles did merge and Spawn gained the Man of Miracles power.
