@Spartan101:Pre 52 Captain Atom is above Silver Surfer threw feats. New 52 Captain Atom is beginning herald level which has less feats.

@mrtrickster: But his feats does not put him in the same league. He has trouble keeping form with an overload of energy. So they could win via BFR on New 52. Silver Surfer absorbed the core of a sun he has proven his high end energy manipulation. So I stand by my above post.
