Gladiator(Daredevil villain) vs Spider-Man

Okay, I searched a lot to try and find this match and got nothing. Sorry if it's been done before.
 
Alright here's the set up, Gladiator has been hired/forced by the Kingpin to take out Spider-Man. He's given a location at which Spider-Man is sure to arrive and given one day to prepare. 
 
The Location is the Nelson and Murdock law office(both Daredevil and Foggy are both away), somewhere that Gladiator is quite familiar with.  Fight takes place during the day and the streets are a tad bit crowded.  
 
Spider-Man is not bloodlusted and all his morals apply.
Gladiator has his usual equipment and thanks to prep he should have set some traps. 
 
I hope this isn't too one sided.....

Gladiator notices some idiot stole his name and takes his head off, then beats the imposter with its own head.

I do not think he will ever lose but anyone that can give Daredevil a hard time is a foe to not underestimate. But Spider-Man just has way too much in his favor. Superior stats, webbing, and spider sense.  "

I'm sorry for making such an unbalance fight, I was simply tired of DBZ threads and such and I tried to make something interesting, I will try not to overestimate Gladiator again.
