Giygas (Mother) vs. Parallax (DC)

Giygas:

Parallax decides to invade universes to infect them with fear. He travels to the world of Mother and after disrupting land, meets Porky and also disturbs it. Porky threatens to Parallax and sends to the dimension of Giygas. Giygas and Parallax are and both begin a fierce battle.

The battle will have 2 rounds:

1st round: Basically prove more destructive power and chaotic.

2nd round: Both characters have to instill fear among themselves and the universe.

Who will prevail?

@dondave: He is kind of like Nintendo's version of Anti-Monitor (though not as powerful) his mere presence is enough to destroy destroy universes, he is pure evil and his main weakness is someone who has a pure-heart.

I'll back Parallax, more impressive feats such as destroying the entire multiverse.
