No he hasn't. In Cass' case she dodged all of his strikes until he introduced Ravager in their first fight and their second he had to blow up a building to escape after admitting that he can't beat either of them without ambush from a distance or getting into their head. Ravager actually beat Slade in one of their fights one on one (albeit he was holding back).
