This match.
Fiamma and Gil are both incredibly arrogant. It isn't without merit, though. The difference is that Gil plays around and usually doesn't get serious until it's too late, Fiamma actually gets the job done despite soaring enemies because not worth his time.
Gil is a Servant. He is far above human physically, easily moving at twice above the speed of sound and having Gate of Babylon, which contains all legendary weapons of every era, all with their effects. He has Enkidu, chains which restrains those of divine lineage, and Ea, a drill-like sword that is what created the world and is able of destroying it as well.
Fiamma is a magician who has purified himself of the Original Sin and this lacks the Fruit of Knowledge. He can't use normal magic but can cast angelic spells. He has a connection with Archangel Michael. He has a normal body, but his right hand has the power Holy Right, which replicates all feats of Christianity done with the right hand: Jesus healed the sick with the right hand, Michael cast away Lucifer with the right hand, the BIble was written with the right hand. The Holy Right provides enough power for every threat, not too much and not too weak. It can destroy anything without destructive force, it can create a 40 km flame sword and even accomplished an attack which would have destroyed all Eurasia. If someone attacks Fiama, bathe Holy Right automatically defends him by destroying the threat. Basically, think of an RPG. You have the commands Attack, Defend and Magic. Fiamma, with the Holy Right, has the command Defeat, it doesn't matter what his enemy doesn't, he can crush them easily and always.
Fiamma wins. If Gil were to get immediately serious he would have a chance, though.
