He outclasses Pym in every physical category (Strength, Speed, Endurance, Durability, Agility), he is a better fighter and tactician and the trident is just overkill.
Even if Antman tossed AQ in the air, a) that would not hurt AQ since he has already survived a fall from an exploding aircraft and the fall to earth, b) He can easily get back to Antman due to his superhuman leaping ability (a la Hulk or GA Superman)
Did people forget that Hank Pym can shrink as well? Hank Pym can win this if he decides to shrink over going big. Also with his pym particles he could shrink Aquaman into the microverse.
