Giant Frog and Lamprey VS She Hulk and Spiderman

Spiderman and She Hulk are in New York. They are each small as the bug the frog is about to eat, because the frog is that big. The battle begins with Spidey and She Hulk looking from the top of a Skyscraper at the Giant frog below.

If they manage to win somehow the battle moves to the ocean coast where a giant Lamprey is waiting for them. It is big enough to swallow them whole. Can they win this? The battle starts near the beach. The pic below is it's mouth, they have no jaw. Thus the many fangs. They suck the blood from their prey.

I say the animals have a really good chance of winning this one. She hulk is the only hope here. Spidey can do good only if he can stay alive. Which is debatable.
