who will win??

I'll say Ghost Rider. This thread was made over 6 years ago, and this is the first post.

Ghost Rider can't kill deadpool, but he can certainly put him in a coma or whatever via Penance Stare.

Neither can kill eachother

Kill each other mattes not. KO does. also zarathos would kill Deadpool. On the molecular level.

Penance Stare doesn't really work on Deadpool.

IIRC, it was shown in Deadpool #26. Deadpool is meeting with casino owners and he tells them he quits. They insult him, and he beats them up. When he leaves the casino office, he finds Ghost Rider waiting for him and Ghost Rider wraps a chain around his neck and drags him all the way into the desert. Ghost Rider manages to get hold of Deadpool and gives him a penance stare, but it just shows Deadpool what he calls the "highlight reel" of his life. He wakes up soon afterwards and punches the reverted Johnny Blaze.

But yeah. There's really nothing Deadpool can do to GR. So either stalemate or GR eventually incapacitates him.

Yeah but he would somehow come back right? He did (i wouldnt say KO but) knock Rider on his ass when the Penance Stare didnt work

Penance Stare did work. Why people think it did not is beyond me. It KOed Wade for a time. That means it worked. And Wade was not happy about it.

@cadencev2: I feel like it made him more dazed than anything. It didn't completely drain him though

Ghost Rider burns Wade to ash. Call it a knock out or an incap but it's still a win. The easiest win of GR's day.

Deadpool breaks the 4th wall and wins

If Deadpool haves a soul(and that he does)The Penatence Stare would work on him.But,that aside,Ghost Rider has much more in his arsenal like diversion techinics.He has been showned the ability of making hellfire clones.He has also a highly advenced healing factor and his infinity chain made of hellfire magic propeties is enogth to put Deadpool down.In conclusion Ghost Rider wins.

How exactly does talking to a comic reader let him beat Ghost Rider?
