I'd rather not. Besides, in a prior post, it was stated that the Ghostbusters' equipment would be effective against a terminator and Jason. So, it's apparently not just ghosts that can be neutralized by the Ghostbusters.
Hellboy isn't even a normal demon,he will simply shoot the ghost busters before they can even turn on their weapons.
Also even if it materred, no prep(read OP),so they can't go and researcH how to banish him(I don't know if that's even possible given his importamce and heritage)

I suppose Chucky would win...But, it would be a weird fight. Chucky wobbling around and chasing a panicky C3PO. Eventually 3PO falls over and is stabbed repeatedly to no effect, but all the while 3PO is screaming in surrender...making Chucky the victor.
...OR...Chucky and C3PO find a kindred spirit in one-another (senitience embodied in something inorganic), become friends and Chucky joins the Star Wars Universe...
@JohnnyZ256: That is a good question...based on the movies, he has no shown feats. But, I haven't seen much of the animated series to say NO definitively.
