Ghost rider (blaze) vs. scorpion (mortal kombat)
The battle takes place in NYC without prep time.
 

Scorpion wins simply do to martial arts 
Scorpion and Ghost Rider are basically the same 
Hellfire doesnt effect Scorpion or Ghost Rider 
So Ghost Rider only option is to use the penance stare, meaning he would have to get up close 
Scorpion completely outclasses Ghost Rider in close combat so if Ghost Rider gets up close he is done 
Scorpion also has another advantage which is teleportation

Scorpion cant even hurt GR and if GR was capable of one-shotting the Devil with 50% of his normal power,Scorpion is dead
and any physical damage Scorpion gives to GR,he will heal in a second,GR puts his chain around Scorpion`s neck and drags his body around with the bike

Yes Scorpion and GR are almost the same but GR got his bike and penance stare.

3 both control hellfire (and yes scorps is immune to proof he got kicked into hells lava in shaolin monks and walked out like nothing happenned)

Hellfire doesnt work on Scorpion (he sets himself on fire with hellfire)

But guys like Daredevil can take on Mr. Hyde who can lift 50 tons with skills 
so its safe to say Scorpion with skills and teleportation should be able to beat Ghost Rider even if he is stronger

Onaga appears to be one of the strongest beings in the entire Mortal Kombat series. His own power is ambiguous overall, but since Shao Kahn preferred poisoning Onaga as opposed to fighting him, he can be presumed to possess enough power that Shao Kahn feared facing him. When Onaga had the Kamidogu, he became nearly unstoppable and any direct confrontation with him was nigh impossible. This is displayed when the two strongest sorcerers, Shang Tsung and Quan Chi, combined with the power of Earth's Thunder God, Raiden, tried to stop him. The blasts from all three only pushed him away as he advanced towards them. Not even a self-destruct blast from Raiden was sufficient in destroying him, only doing little, if any visible damage. Being a dragon, Onaga is able to exhale flames in a concentrated ball of fire or a stream of fire, similar to a flamethrower. In Deception, Onage was able to fly, but doesn't use this ability when fighting in Armageddon. He also possesses a degree of magic as he was able to spread his influence in the form of a spiritual avatar named Damashi, whom he used to manipulate Shujinko for many years to gain what he needed, also displaying his cunning and tactics.

The Kamidogu (from Japanese kamidōgu 神道具 lit. "god-tool"), now in the ownership of Shujinko, are mystic relics crafted by the Elder Gods which are said to contain the essence of the realms. When used in sorcery, they are said to have incredible power. Wielded by the wrong hands, the Kamidogu could endanger existence itself.

The Kamidogu embody the essence for each of their respective realms. Of the six Kamidogus that Shujinko collected in his quest during the events of Mortal Kombat: Deception, there was one pertaining to each realm: Earthrealm, Netherealm, Chaosrealm, Outworld, Orderrealm, and Edenia.

Instilled with the essence of its realm, the appearance of a Kamidogu reflected the nature of its respective realm. The Kamidogu of the Netherealm has an appearance that is visibly sinister. The Kamidogu of Edenia likewise, has a more serene look to it. When Shujinko was in possession of them, he was able to travel freely between the portals of the realms, by way of accessing the Nexus.
