In character. (Ghost Rider as ONLY Johnny Blaze. No Zarathos or Spirit of Vengeance coming out and whooping Rulk's ass.

Red Hulk has energy absorption and Rider has Penance Stare. EDIT: Red Hulk also has Venom's symbiote

Win by K.O. or BFR. And knocking Ghost Rider out until Blaze can't suppress the spirit anymore counts as a K.O. for example: WWH's bug smash.

This is a spite thread. Red Hulk cannot do anything to hurt him...

Rulk with  loeb forcde might be able to do some damage.  
 

With only Johnny Red Hulk might have a chance. with morals on i am hoping he wont go all out like he did against Satan or a bunch of devils , although if he does so he could finish the fight rather quickly.

Also Red hulk feels remorse for his actions so penance stare would work on him.

Johnny for a solid majority, although if he gets to let spirit of vengeance take over, then Johnny 10/10.

Okay. Now it's Johnny Blaze as Ghost Rider vs Red Hulk with the Venom symbiote. :D hope its not as much or a curbstomp now.

The venom symbiote might protect Ross from the penance stare, but Blaze can still burn him to the ground with hellfire.

Thats spirit of vengence himself unleased rather than Johnny Blaze, Dr. Strange's comment pretty much made that clear. Also 2 scans prior to this, Johnny was knocked out cold before spirit of vengence took over.

My understand of this thread is its Johnny without the spirit taking over, in character, vs Red Hulk.

While i think Johnny can and should win, he has some pretty good feats, i do not see how this is relevant , specially since GR never beat World War Hulk to being with, he refused to fight and left.

I was trying to point out that GR has made World War Hulk cry out in pain just by releasing some hellfire. Just showing how the scenario would turn out the same for Red Hulk, who is significantly weaker than World War Hulk, since he doesn't get a power boost the more angry he is. The OP never specified if this was only GR under Johnny Blaze's control. Naturally if you hit Johnny too hard, the Spirit takes over which is part of "in character". Also, its unclear if Johnny Blaze was even KOed by Hulk's "bug squashing" smash. Johnny Blaze for the most part, in modern continuity, doesn't get KOed, he usually awake when the Spirit takes over. I mean, in another encounter, he got hit by Classic Strange and wasn't KOed. I see it as if Johnny get hit too hard, he can't focus on containing the Spirit of Vengeance, and out he comes.

I'm really sorry i should've been more clear. When i put Johnny Blaze i meant just GR as Blaze because i knew if the spirit of Vengeance were to come out, Rulk would be toast. Lemme go edit the OP.
