If Ghost Rider finds himself flying towards a black hole he need only travel to an incorporeal realm such as Heaven or Hell and then jump straight back to the Battle, he does have that power.

There's nothing that Midnighter can do to Ghost Rider. I don't understand why people think different.

Midnighter sees that in every outcome he gets his ass whipped like a 5-year-old in a K-Mart, and commits suicide as soon as the battle begins.
