They also don't have the penance stair Listed as one of Blazes Powers anymore... but they do have it listed as one of Dan's...
not saying Blaze cant use it.. but one question.. from what i have read The PS only works as long as Both GR and his Opponent have eye contact... if that's True, do you thnk he can Keep eye contact with juggs long enough for it to work???

It's true that Juggernaut is virtually invulnerable to all forms of harm including magic but I think the stare would work.

Ghost Rider has managed to effect supernatural beings like angels in the past with his penance stare, and he was powerful enough to kill Satan. I don't know for certain if the stare will affect Juggs, but I'm fairly certain he will win it.
