He has the strength to and fighting skills to make ghost rider break a sweat. It won't be easy for ghost rider to beat herc either
You do realize that physical damage does nothing to Ghost Rider, right? So no, Ghost Rider doesn't break a sweat. And Hercules has sinned, so Ghost Rider would take him out quick.

I'm not underestimating ghost rider. He's ny favorite comic. And I know physical damage can't kill the rider only an holy weapon can harm. But I do think years of fighting experience and super strength would make things difficult for the ride

I noticed he's your favorite character. And yes, you are. Fighting skills and strength mean nothing against Ghost Rider. Rider would take him down, and I heavily doubt that it would even take longer than five minutes to do so. Hercules was also cocky when he had his powers. So that's even more reason to why this would be short. In the end, Ghost Rider wins.
