No, Rider is immune to physical pain,only magic or I think cosmic does the trick.
That's what I thought. Unless Flash has the insight to go and get a magic weapon, Ghostrider wins via invulnerability. Which is why battlefield conditions are important - are magic weapons available? Are they allowed to get them?
Of course, if BFR is an option, team has a chance even if they couldn't hurt the rider.
I think the team could beat Ghost Rider, but probably not "kill" him, unless, as said above, they can get a hold of some special, magic anti-Rider sword.
A lot of cases where someone could travel back still constitute BFR. When dealing with someone as stupidly - emphasis on stupid - fast as the Flash, traveling back might end up taking so prohibitively long so as to count as a loss. Is it a win for GR if his opponents die of old age before he can make it back to the field?
Though, I really don't know whether GR has any teleportation powers, or if he has any *really* exceptional speed feats.
I really do hate the Flash. The people who wrote him to this point of ridiculousness should have been fired a long time ago...
Flash is equivalent to TOAA with some of his feats and the general idea of his powers. Technically, couldn't he go back in time before Johnny was the Rider and backhand him?
But....putting that BS to the side, and bringing Barry back to his general level, either the team gets the Penance Stare, or Flash and Rider dance around each other forever because hes too fast.
