@Lubica: Many Things. He has a Hulk Healin Factor, Unbreakable and Inffinit Chains. He has 100 ton Strength. His Durabilty is Spidey Level. He has Hellfire that burn the Body as well as the Soul. He has the Penance Stare that auto KOs you if you have a Soul. He can also make Hell Fire Avatars of himself near in strength. He can even use his Chain for a variety of effects and forms. Plus he can travel Hell Dimensions. Oh did I mention he is IMMORTAL? Well that too.

Just saying GR as Zarathos, or Nobel Kale is a class above Entrigan.
@CadenceV2: Did you happen to write Etrigan's RPG stats? I'm not saying whether he wins or not, but you are dismissing him as a non-factor when it's clear you're not versed in Etrigan.
I do remember him becoming the ruler of hell in one of his stories in his own title. Does Etrigan have a soul?? As for Ghost Rider, why would he have a healing factor, outside of a broken bone, what's he gonna heal? I don't think he can be physically harmed, as he can just re-form?? I'm certainly not saying Etrigan wins, but a lot are writing him off a little too easy.
Etrigan gets no respect. Vast superhuman strength, enough to rough up Lobo, overpower Wonder Woman, and punch Superman to the moon. Sorcery that's been sufficient to defeat Merlin and Klarion. Hellfire which can harm the Phantom Stranger (albeit not much).
He may very well lose, but he is being written off far too easily.
As an aside, he's not lame. He's one of Kirby's better ideas IMO.
@Lubica: He has had his Body Shred to pieces and restores it via Hellfire.
@The_Last_Son_of_Czarnia: Unless you can prove Entrigan Succedes where Mephisto, Black Heart (4 times), Nithmare (3 times), Hell Lord Azmodus, Lucifer, Dr. Strange. Savage Hulk (twice), WWH, and Pluto have failed... be my guest.
