Ghost Rider wins.I mean Cyclops has only one power and all that it is just blasting beams from his eyes. He's weak in my opinion.

Cyclops is my favorite X-Men by far and I wish I could come up with something that would be a close fight. It seems as if GR could withstand the optic blast and burn Scott from the inside out.... Sorry Jean
