Normally, yes, but I have no idea if Hank actually has a soul for Ghost Rider to burn.

If GR takes over, he'll wrap a chain around Cyborg Superman's neck, and soul or not, he will drag him to hell! Not to mention, Hank is still part human, he's a Cyborg not a Robot, so I'm going to say "Yes" to him having a soul.

Henshaw was human once, so he probably has a soul, if the Rider used the stare it would probably work, not sure though. And Henshaw still has a massive speed and strenght advantage.

I'd venture to say yes.

A soul isn't a physical thing and it's cannon in DCU that all humans have them. There's no reason why Henshaw would lose his soul despite all that happened to him, as none of the stuff was really magic related.

Unless I don't know something about how souls work in the DCU.

Cyborg Superman has speed/strength, there is no doubt about that. But there is no way in hell he could kill the Ghost Rider, so given enough time, he's eventually going to go down.

Hard to hurt what u can't touch...Ghost Rider can go immaterial...hard to say if penence stare would work on Hank or not...Zarathos powered Blaze stands a much better chance...CS is a monster

I believe the OP says this is blaze. Johnny blaze gets KO'ed in 5 seconds. But Zarathos would kill superman
