@Tesseract: No it dosen't, Dr. Strange has had to dabble in black magic before. Also, before becoming a mage he was a drunk and an a-hole as a surgeon. So Strange had some personal demons that would let his soul feel the stare. Black Bolt is a sonic screaming boy scout. The stare wouldn't work.

@czarny_samael: OK, yeah your right. I forgot about the Alphas. I guess the stare would work on Black Bolt, but it'll just come down to whichever one of the two gets their power off first. So, if the Rider uses the stare firstthen he'll probably win. If Bolt uses the scream first though, there won't be any Rider left to use a stare.
