Genesis vs Kisame

Takes place in Hawaii. 
Both sides knows everything bout each other. 
Kisame's sword can take away energy/life force.

Kisame, fairly easy. Genesis hasn't really done anything notable that would get past Kisame's offense, or just drowning the place in water. Kisame can heal too and the Samehada being able to take away energy/life force just makes it rape.

Sephy was playing around with Genesis and Angeal so I doubt that.

I'm fuzzy when it comes to Crisis Core...I only remember Genesis having one impressive fight against Sephiroth, but nothing that would put him in the same standings as Kisame, IMO.
