I dont know who Generator Rex is, and I'll assume Dr. D is Doom.

You seem to be new to the comic vine, so Im gonna give you a tip: complete your battles with information on the battle; where does it take place, do they have time to prepare for the battle and how much time they have, what versions (current, old ones) what gear equipment they have, conditions to win,etc....

Im not a Ben10 fan (and there's not much info on the battle) so I cant really tell who wins here
