I feel Zod's the weak link here. Tbh while a morals off Superman would be scary, given MMH's versatility and access to Fernus (don't think he'll use it though with morals on), I say MMH wins a solid majority for round 2 through telepathy and intangiblity. Round 1 with morals on, considering how MMH holds back more than Supes, I think Supes should take the slight majority.

MMH takes both rounds and possibly both at the same time. He's not to be messed with, and I admittedly would be way more terrified of a bloodlusted MMH then anyone in the justice league besides flash.
