no feats from anime or manga cuz its against the rules
the pokemon has 4 lightsabers
they fight in the most epic arena i could find:

they start 20ft away with lightsabers off.
general grievous has 12 prep the day before to be briefed by jar jar binks. he can only get information from jar jar binks. jar jar has been researching machamp for a week but can only relay what he knows until grivous kills him out of sheer anoyance.

machamp has been taught how to use a light saber from the wiggles. they only have 4 hours and they can take casualties.

Grievous because Machamp has no feats with any sort of sword-like weapon (at least, as far as I know he doesn't. Anyone can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong).

As far as I know, it's just game mechanics.

I'm pretty sure he's a fighting pokemon - not a rock pokemon.

what i got from bulbapedia. they said to learn every form of martial arts. and can move mountains with one hand. If a Machamp is properly trained she/he can learn a plentaful set of moves and can punch really fast. with the Wiggles training he/she can learn... subsitute, focus energy, foresight I guess.

@joewell: No, he doesn't. All Grievous needs is a single strike.

@joewell: GG can scale the area, so Rocksliding is doing nothing. Machamp can hit fast, but its processing and reaction is much more inferior. So that's almost irrelevant. Grievous has superior processing and reaction speed, and one hit will let him win.

Machamp uses bullet punch, punches a hole in grievous' chest.

You're talking to a former competitive pokemon battler, lol. "Former" because I thankfully realized it was a waste of time. Still, I've got da moves.

Same. On the other hand, that won't really harm Grievous. If Machamp wants to punch rather than use sabers (which it probably will) then its attacks won't really get past someone who has tanked blaster shots, explosions from rockets and grenades, and lightsaber strikes. A single hit from Grievous ends the fight.

@ShootingNova: Wait, Grievous took a full-on rocket to the chest?

A: I don't remember that from the movie!

B: Machamp's punch can bulldoze/move mountains, I thought that was discussed earlier in the thread?

@minigunman123: If you're relying solely on the movie, you won't get it. It's from the EU.

Yes, but it has to punch with immense accuracy and Grievous has to be unable to dodge. While it attacks fast, its senses, processing and reacting are nowhere near sufficient to prevent being slain by a single attack.

@ShootingNova: You're forgetting.

No Guard. The only ability worth having on Machamp. He can't miss. Ever.

Well, I don't know when I last played.

That doesn't make Grievous unable to jump behind, throw its punch back towards itself, or just slay him with a single attack.

@minigunman123: I haven't seen a Pokemon have superior reaction/combat speed than Grievous, excluding time control and precognition, of course.

Good.

Anyway, to finish this up, if Machamp has no-guard as an ability, Grievous stomps. Grievous can't miss either, as part of the ability Machamp has; and there's no reason he shouldn't have it; so Grievous takes him down in one attack, before Machamp can move.

Mod lock pl0x. Kthx.
