@ghostravage: He belongs to a species called the "Gen'dai", which are basically massive humanoids with no skeleton. In addition they're boasting insane muscle mass and Wolverine+ levels of regeneration.
Durge is a highly skilled bounty hunter who's made a career out of slaughtering Jedi, and has a pretty versatile set of weaponry between his flamethrower, gatling-gun-gauntlet, lightsaber-resistant wrist-shields, highly durable armor and some other gadgets.
For physical stats, he's a complete monster. He can alter the mass of his body to become huge (although I'm not sure if he'd be on-par with Agent Venom, quite possibly SpOck though, if we use their average strength showings), which can dramatically increase his already impressive strength - at his base, he punched General Grievous across a museum, and along the way Grievous went through a stone statue and ended up embedded in another. Also at his base he used a lance to lift up and overturn a tank while driving into it.
For speed, he's got enough combat speed to keep up with the likes of Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan. His perceptive speed is insane though - he claims that he can see the aforementioned Jedi moving in slow motion due to the vast number of nerve clusters in his body compared to other beings (and Obi-Wan and Anakin are extremely fast beings).
For durability, while his healing is already crazy enough, he's been able to tank having nine grenades blown up on him point blank, and has also survived dozens of clone troopers bombaring him with blaster weaponry and rockets. He's been cut in half by lightsabers but generally shrugs off any pain caused and regrows his limb in a moment.
