Gekko Moria has no defense against Ceaser as far as I know. No Haki and Ceaser is a logia right? I dont know much about him. Well either of the two.

You know, I just realized the Gastille would make an excellent I'mah firin mah LAZER meme.

Moriah is pretty hax when you think about it too, he could just hide and let his shadow fight all his battles for him. the shadow is warlord level like him, can shapeshift into whatever, and is indestructible.

I'm going to say moria for round 1. But did he clearly show haki sometime? I don't recall that happening. Either way, he could take the shadow, and it's GG for clown.
