Title says all. The fatest and strongest villain outside of lord boros from One Punch Man series fights the fastest man in the world in order to prove who is faster.
This feat he has puts him at Mach 300at least & then he goes faster then that & Garou even stats so. The problem is though "that speed" can't be defined.

Just because he names things "light speed" doesn't make them light speed. If you're generous with it he's mach 300+ if you look at the timer feat where he covers a short distance in a fraction of a second.

Did you guys ever read a flash comic book? Do you know how hiw powers work? He can't reach his maximum speed instantely. He can't go from 0 to lightspeed instantely, he has to run thousands of miles, first.
The only time he was able to do it is when he absorbed the speed of Jay and Bart
That's why he has such a hard time defeating his street-tier ennemies.
@absol123: Flash hasn't struggled with a street tier in ages. No one beats him in a straight fight either. They always have plans and preparations or they're juts as fast.

Recently he got his ass handed to him several times by the rogues.
Even Reverse had had problems when he fought batman. It took him 1 second to cross 20 feet.
According to futur captain cold, flash can reach supersonic speed in 1 minutes when he is in a city.
And that's just his traveling speed.
Traveling speed=/= Combat speed
Flash can give 1000 punches in 3 seconds (flash #32)

You guys should stop following respect threads and start reading the comics not for feats but for fun.
@absol123: Flash (mainly Wally) doesn't have "street tier" enemies, with the exception of Trickster or Captain Boomerang his villains range from mid tier to teambuster levels.
