Round 1: Garlic Jr. in a curbstomp. Garlic Jr. is immortal. The only real way Alucard has for beating Garlic is by biting him and absorbing his blood, but Garlic Jr. is too fast for Alucard. He's going to see Alucard coming at him and flash right behind him. Garlic can also one shot all of his familiars. He can do a Ki barrage until Alucard runs out of souls, or force Alucard to go to level zero and destroy him with a finger beam. Or just summon the dead zone and trap Alucard in.

Round 2: Stalemate.
