Plus if it was an actual fight, Tom's endured it all. If you watch the old Tom and Jerry stuff again, it's actually usually Tom just hanging about doing nothing and Jerry starts a fight that Tom can't win. Favourite one is where they got drunk together and became best friends. Awesome.
