Without prep it would be a somewhat interesting fight. The eagles would be effective against the soldiers, but the queens would be to heavy and armored for the eagles to be effective against. Both Saruman and Gandalf lack any feat of offensive magic so they would be forced into Melee, then they are exposing themselves to the acids. If Dumberdore has a way to protect the others against the acid blood they might survive but the fight would be decided on wither Dumbledore has enough offensive spells to take out the queens.
With prep I suppose the eagles could fly the team to the top of Orthanc, then Saruman could use his bombs against the queens. They could also just get the eagles to drop massive boulders from above, while the wizards relax somewhere safe.
So with prep the wizards should win, without prep I suspect they would lose or be forced to retreat which would give them time to prep......
