Actually it was after Pepper asked Tony to kill happy Hogan. How long has Tony been sober in Marvel years? His tolerance is probably close to nil if he's been sober for a year or more. I'd go with gambit, if Tony actually drank. He would probably just kill Gambit with the suit when he realized he was losing. Tony is a mean drunk. Just ask Machine Man.

Well, Cap was still alive. Happy was in the Hospital after being savagely beaten by Spymaster, and Pepper asks Tony to end his suffering. Tony confronts Cap about it, and Cap naturally denies involvement, saying he would personally deliver whoever was responsible if he knew. Tony is then attacked by the Secret Avengers. After fending them off, he goes home and pours himself a 4 oz. glass of "Bonnie Walker", which Sue Richards slaps out of his hands. It was a pretty heavy issue, and I highly recommend you pick up the Iron Man Civil War TPB if you don't have the issues already.

I remember that now.I remember what Iron Man did to Spymaster in his comics too...
Now that I look at the games, I think Gambit might actually edge out the first two. He's got the aim to win the beer pong match pretty easily. Not sure what "cards shots" consists of. Tony definitely wins the chugging contest though.
Gambit wins this with ease. He throws his cards around with great accuracy, has a body that comes almost to the limit of a superhuman and all that jazz. he wins this easy.

he's a rich bastard with nothing to go on before he became Iron Man. And usually alcoholics gamble...allot. This really does comes down to a card game.
