Charge the earth's crust, causing fire and explosions, killing most of earth's population. Molecular level kinetic energy manipulation. Can stop movement. Can cause cold or heat.

Able to turn into energy and travel through space, avoid damage and becomes resistant to TP.

Able to charge organic matter.

Able to charge or manipulate anything, even without touching it, by only looking at it or thinking of it.

As for the fight, it depends on whether or not Gambit starts out in his energy form. If he does, he wins. Otherwise, he loses.
