@jackknight: the illusion dimensions is a series of comic books about numerous dimensions which in one of them a man named Terry mason had a lab accident while operating a particle accelerator , he created a black hole and was sucked into it the rest about what happened to him in there is unknown, but when he came out he was wielding his cosmic control power, as he came out he found out that the black hole devoured the entire milky way so he closed it and recreated life as they were, he then spent time learning what he can do and created a dimension outside of reality to take solitude in, he later on became apathetic and had no mercy or favor for the human race, he went on to create himself a physical form since he had none, and leaded an army of aliens through telepathy against their oppressors. that's his story basically but there is much more to him to see, he has some amazing feats and is almost equal to god in power, his only known weakness so far is warping reality, since when he did try it for the first time he almost lost his mind, so he saves that option as a last resort.

he was nicknamed Galaxy man by humans and many other races who witnessed his powers. in his time of learning to control his powers he created a dimension, destroyed galaxy while showing 0% effort, he also showed that controlling many minds does not tire him at all, he turned a galaxy into a cloud of dust, he created EPSILON-4 which is a star that he made the center of the universe and is 600 times larger than the biggest galaxy, he also noted that his thinking speed is so fast it can't be measured by any time unit , not even by theoretical ones, he teleported himself to other dimensions instantly, he teleported a galaxies and huge stars with ease... he's a pretty good fight to someone like Solar which is also known to be a dimensional scale controller
