DC Villains: Bizarro, Black Adam, Cyborg Superman, Despero, Doomsday, Dr Polaris, Major Force, Mongul, Sinestro

Gallery

Everyone standard versions (pre-52, etc), in character but highly motivated to win. Battle takes place on Earth. No prep, no prior knowledge of opponents, no BFR. Standard equipment. Victory by KO or death (1 death is sufficient).

Doomsday: Post-DeathOfSuperman version

Mongul: Gets 1 yellow Quardian power ring.

the heralds should win here, team 2 has the combined physical strength as their advantage, however they still lack the energy manipulation and projejection ablitlies compared to the heralds...despero and surfur's tp battle might be classical...

Which version of Doomsday? Does Mongul have rings?

This is a toss up, Despero and cyborg Supes are the biggest threats IMO if they can neutralize them the Heralds definitely win.

Doomsday... lets say the version after he comes back to life right after Death of Superman, but before anything else happens.

This is close. Bizarro and Dr Light are weak links here though. This version of Doomsday isn't real special either. Surfer will have his hands full with Despero and will probably need help, but he should get it since Bizarro and Light should be eliminated quickly and I don't see even HP Doomsday as much of a problem since pretty much everyone here should be able to kill him at least once. I think ultimately the scale tips a little too heavily toward the Heralds with Fallen One and Surfer.

I wish Larfleeze was here instead of Polaris. As is I go with the Heralds.

I'm kind of surprised too. The DC team here has teambusters like Despero (takes out the JL single-handedly), Black Adam (same), Cyborg Superman (same), and the others that can equal or defeat JL members on their own. Despero alone has enough TP power to make Martian Manhunter drop to the ground drooling... and MM is one of the most powerful TP users in DC or Marvel. I thought the battle would start by Despero mind-raping multiple on the heralds team, quickly making this a lopsided fight in favor of the villains.

The Heralds only have a few big hitters, and Team DC has people just as powerful as them. I think I've been the only one on this thread to say Team DC.

Tell me about it. I was actually thinking this might be too much of a stomp on the DC side... since Despero, Black Adam, and Cyborg Superman alone would be an insanely tough wrecking crew.

The following people do not belong in this battle: Superman, Cyborg, Doomsday, Bizzaro, Dr. Polaris, Mongul, Black Adam.

That being said, Heralds stomp.

Was going to say 'inb4 surfer solos', but I didn't make it in time.

many of the heralds have supernova level durability like Surfer, Nova and Red Shift, and some of them are nigh-indestructible by physical attacks like Surfer and Stardust, also all of them can easily destroy planets, and some of them can bust stars. I don't think DC team members are even planet busters.

so in term of raw power & durability heralds are vastly superior.

Surfer and Red Shift are faster than light in both fighting speed and travel speed. I'm not sure about the other heralds, but i don't recall DC team members showing any faster than light speed in terms of fighting movments and reaction.

so i guess over all, heralds have the advantage in speed too.

As individual comparision , Surfer is the best versatility in powers (matter manipulation, black hole creation, TP, TK, energy absorbtion and drain...etc), but as team comparison i guess DC team has the best versatility in powers.

so i guess DC team has advantage in power versatility.

it's 3 to 1, over all, heralds have more advantages than DC team, so i guess heralds will pull a victory but it won't be easy

Stardust is crazy.He won't think twice before opening black holes.

Which won't matter if his durability doesn't hold against his opponents attacks. A planet-level (not planet busting mind you) attack disintegrated him.

And being as none of the heralds can cope with Despero's telepathy except maybe Fallen One via being an android, he solos.

Fallen One can be TP'd, Thanos has in the past.

That would be the same Despero whose highest showings on days he is occupying other people's bodies ....involve screaming in pain from Power Girl and ....Hourman punching him and outright bleeding from Hawkman's mace ?

The same Despero whose next League jobbing out routine involved Aquaman impaling him clean through ?

The same Despero who was ONE SHOTTED by Superman's HV shortly after ?

Yeah....but mainly , y'know . Lack of reaction feats to the point of Batman being shocked that he gets tagged

Also I'm more than dubious on what he could even achieve vs someone who shrugs off Moondragon using the mind gem .
