The way I see it, comparing Galactus with the Anti-Monitor p.e., is simply an incorrect analogy. Was the Anti-Monitor a Multi-versal threat? Certainly. But he was a multiversal threat, because he inteded it to be. Did he also had the power to be a threat on that scale? Obviously, yes. Does Galactus, has enough power to (potentially ) be a multiversal threat? Yes, I believe he does. The reason he isn't one, is, because quite plainly, that is not his intention. It is not his function. As long as he can sustain himself, there is no need to threaten planets from other universes...Even if he ever did, it would be a decision made by pure need, not malice. Also, it has been said that Galactus is essential to the cosmos, and Marvel consistently does not, list him as a villain, but rather as a character of neutral alignment. Galactus just is. All the rest is just beyond him.
i respect Big G's power and all, and since he was once Eternity of the previous Universe, i could rank him beside Eternity at full power.. but the Spectre is (arguably) in same rank/power as the Living Tribunal.. so i guess the Spectre takes this.. but i like Big G more, and he is way cooler!!!

I generally agree about a fully powered Galactus being at such a level, but sadly, he rarely, if ever, is portrayed at such a high state. As for Spectre being above that level, it depends on several variables. Bound-unbound, state of mind of the host, state of mind of the entity, compatibility between them, and others. For instance, I don't think the current Spectre (Crispus Allen) is Eternity level.

Interesting point and well said. Although, I respectfully disagree with you on the preference :) I respect big G, but I think Spectre is so cool...I like the darker, more mysterious characters :)

Ok, so far I only see clips on youtube...my friend has a vid/phone I'll ask him if I can use it for a few sessions for Spectre video. It's 12 minutes the short and I think the limit on his is 3-4 minutes each at a time. No. Spectre would need MAJOR backing to even challenge a well-fed Galactus. He doesn't have backing here, so one would asume that this is DoV Spectre which would get curbstomped by Galactus.
There is no fully powered Galactus. If you mean BCA Galactus, then he stomps any Spectre minus CoIE, assuming that Galactus doesn`t use the UN oh his ass. DoV Spectre would get his ass beat though.
COIE Spectre would absolutely stomp Galactus without even trying. He managed to keep back Anti-Monitor for some time, and AM would slaughter Galactus with complete ease too.
