I'd say if Galactus keeps to the air and avoids her Squirrel army(Avoiding Doom's and the Thanos clone's mistake of getting into any position that allowed the squirrels to help her) he should stand a solid chance at a win.

Galactus arrives, Squirrel Girl shows up and begins to give him a lecture about what a bad cosmic diety he is, while he's laughing at her Squirrel Girl's squirrel army sneaks aboard his ship and retrieves the Ultimate Nulifier and brings it to her. Galactus sees the folly of his ways and leaves without a fight.
