Didn't say anything about killing him, but did say can Galactus DEFEAT PS, and I believe he can, quite handily! He can do lots with him.

I don't think he could kill him, and I don't think he could bind him either, seeing as P Stranger's power are completely mystical in nature, and big G has had a lot of problems with mystical beings in the past, even he has stated this.
