One Reed wouldn't be able to take down big G in one day. But, the OP states that there are two Reed Richards..

there is no way they can build something too take him down in 24 hours.. Most of the powerful things they build in comics take days. Reed could use the ultimate nullifier if he still has it.

How in the blue hell is Iron Man a street leveler? Regardless the army stomps. Stark, T'Challa, 2 Reeds, Deathstroke, Deadpool with 24 hrs prep? Not to mention Cable, Bane, Blue beetle, Beast, Dock Ock (Cable's for power), Gambit for power, Batman, Robin, Nightwing, Ras Al Ghul (all for prep). That's....just too much. And then the ultimate who could solo........

This should just be Galactus vs Prep time from Tony Stark, Peter Parker, Bruce Wayne, Scott Summers, Reed Richards, Hank McCoy, and Octavius. The rest are all completely worthless. No one's super powers matter here. Street levelers even with powers are like dust mites compared to Galactus, even if they are the world's strongest dust mites.

He has few things already in the armory though, like a whole room full of world killer bombs, an ultimate nullifier, anti-galactus armor, and a whole lot of weird gizmos, Reed might not be able to build anything in 24 hours, but perhaps pick thing he has already built.

Are we all forgetting that Black Panther has Doom's tech that siphoned cosmic power from Surfer and Galactus before?

Thats something from Marvel i have never actually understood, so during Fantastic Four Annual 2001, against Abraxas she simply summons the Ultimate Nullifier, but we have Galactus actually choosing to leave earth because Reed pulled the UN on him in his first appearance Morg with UN nearly killed him too as a side effect, and he seem to convinently forget that everytime he comes face to face to UN, weird.

Also no idea why we have so many UNs running around in 616 at the moment.

Doom has needed considerable time to actually siphon the power of galactus, he did once during Secret Wars , where he actually used Galactus own technology, and a second time during Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes where he had cosmic cube alongside a lot other amp.

Doom however has used his normal tech to siphon Silver Surfer power twice now that i know of. Sort of shows there is a different between draining Surfer and Galactus doesnt it?

The machine T'challa pulled was merely to siphon Silver Sufer power, next issue Big G actually shows up and Panther doesnt actually do anything, he is however stopped because Gravity, amped on Eon, manages to feed him.

Dont think Black Panther tech would work on Galactus to be honest, there are few things directly pointing it wouldnt.

spite Spiderman or Black Panther could solo with out prep

Don't forget Spiderman has genius level intellect to,close to reed and we all know what Spiderman can do with prep.
