Indeed, Doom might be insanely smart and resourcefull but i don't see him winning this one, if Doom made a sneak attack (SS & Galactus = 0 prep days) he could probably pull it off.
he possibly could do it to surfer but since surfer's upgrade i dont think you can steal his power cosmic anymore correct me if im wrong. and galactus he would lose
@Dracade102: See my beef with that is Doom got a hold of insanely powerful items to even accomplish that, the other time Galactus had to be out cold. I'd say Galactus has this in the bag, Doom's stolen his powers enough times by now for him to figure "You know, perhaps I should atomize him with a thought before he pulls some crazy gizmos on me."

people think logically galactus wont have any need to get anywhere near doom he would just blow up the planet casually and continue on with watether he was doing .
give team no prep and no knowledge, and doom wins with knowledge, why you ask? cause he allready did in the comics, people! we are talking about the guy who went h2h with the classic beyonder and absorved his powers.
