i'd vote for the Kyptonians...

not because it's a few billion people with Superman standard power, but they could take care of the heralds on their own...

mainly it would be the Kryptonian technology that would defeat him... if they have access to a Phantom Zone generator, which pretty much every city on Krypton had access to for criminal imprisonment, can you image what they weaponry would be like? or planetary defenses?

big G and heralds win. SS destroys planet. when and if they fly off Galactus uses power cosmic and then disintergrates them. then SS flys up to him, makes his strength as strong as he can make it, nad punches all of them while going the speed of light

SS woould have a hard time against ONE Supes,what makes you think he would be able to take a Million or so,Galactus got tipped by Sentry(Superman knockoff),A million would do some damage and kill some heralds.They also got the Phantom Zone!

this is a REAL life fight, not some writers thoughts of making Galactus look bad. and SS would NOT have a hard time against one. if he can destroy a planet he can destroy one kryptonian easily

what i mean is, that's just a writers thoughts of tryna make big G look crappy. and SS could take on 4 , maybe 5 kryptonians

I vote Galactus and his Heralds. Current Silver Surfer was able to create a black with discharge of energy. Galactus has had what? Like 10 heralds? If Galactus were God, Tyrant would his Devil and Tyrant was Galactus' herald. So basically, that's two Galactuses(Galactie?) The heralds should all be able to phase and have matter manipulation. A basically starving Galactus was able to destroy the entire Annihilation Wave by himself in a fit of rage, yet the entire universe was barely able to hold them off. I for one think Galactus and his heralds can do it. Since Galactus has one day of prep it should be easier. Big G doesn't even need his planet eating device to devour a planet, it's just more effeciant (as seen in Secret Wars).
