Oshtur alone, though weaker, is still a formidable match against Chthon.. Gaea ran away from Set and was imprisoned by him before.. Gaea was just recently powered up by writers, but i'll stick with more consistent feats.. so therefore, i'll choose Oshtur..

I agree. Since Oshtur decided to leave the confinements of Earth realm to travel beyond, I believe this expanded her potential for a wider degree of powers and also strengthening them by a great margin.
