what'll happen when two teams face off in a paddy field?

• gaara doesn't have shukaku
• all characters are current version
• starts from the opposite sides of the field.. approx 50m apart
• battle till ko, incapacitance or death

can the team 1 skilled geniuses defeat team 2 brute strength and inhuman tankers? .. or team 2 will prevail?

Subject is divided by opinion.

I'm inclined to go with team Naruto, due to their versatility and some pretty destructive attacks, but i'm not sure.

Natsu turns Gaara sand into glass.. Sasuke doesn't have knowledge so he'll make the mistake of using Fire against Natsu. Luffy could beat Gaara with ease.. he isn't Croc. Then its two on one Luffy and Natsu take it with extreme Diff.

gaara can turn the whole battle field into desert... then it's literally his turf.. he can do anything with it

@ssj_god: .. that doesn't change the fact that Natsu has the element superiority.. Post-Skip Luffy would OS Gaara before that even happens.. saying that won't happen is a fanboyish statement.. plus bloodlusted yea Gaara is the weak one in this fight.

hehe.. yes.. it's clear after today's chapter... sasuke and naruto complimenting each other.. sasuke got all the eye power of sage of 6 paths and naruto got all the senju powers of the sage.. together they form the sage of the six paths :)

It's not just rinnegan, It's the original eye, meaning Rinnegan with many sharingan tomoes lol (which should make it even better)

i don't see how. Luffy physically surpasses them by miles and so does natsu. Natsu's AoE and the heat of his attacks would be near impossible to deal with. Gaara is not blocking blows from natsu and luffy.

@deathhero61: have you seen the most recent chapter? Sasuke has received a massive amp don't want to spoil it if you haven't seen it but its something to consider here.

@uchiha454: His amp right now is featless. So until feats are shown luffy and natsu stomp them hard.

@deathhero61: doubt they stomp I mean gaara vs natsu or luffy could go either way and sasuke as well if genjutsu is allowed more to them then luffy's speed and strength is greater but that does not mean there outclassed here.

Gaara vs natsu results in a major stomp due to natsu's AoE with his flames. And plus fire plus sand equals glass and which natsu can break through far more easily(he can actually melt glass mind you) There is several reasons he wins. Luffy vs sasuke would probably result in sasuke's win if luffy didn't currently have his feats from the dressrosa arc. But otherwise, Luffy just rips him apart. And i still don't see how genjutsu is working. Plus even if it does, Haki counters it.

@deathhero61: good points with glass natsu wouldn't be the best for gaara I can agree with the Sasuke part as well I would give luffy the win by I just don't see how he gets past Sasuke's susanoo completed and coated in Amaterasu.

Team 2 wins rather easily

If luffy is desperate he will(along with haki) beat down his sussano just like he was beating on Magellan .

@themagicstik: yeah it is featless, but it would make things worse I mean Luffy and Natsu will have a hard time with soul rip or shinra tensei or chibaku tensei or energy stealing rinnegan abilities are extremely haxxed out for them to deal with imo.

If Luffy is going all out neither Gaara or Sasuke will know what hit them and if Natsu goes all out he's pretty much a constant source of mass distruction and he will feed off of Sasuke's power while nullifying Gaara's.

@themagicstik: for gaara I can't recall any defense reaction feats but Sasuke activated susanoo before liger bomb I think he would be able to activate it before they blitz him and use the hax (assuming he has them for this particular case) against the two of them from within susanoo. Also doesn't Natsu only feed off magic or fire?

Natsu or Luffy will have a hard time dealing with genjutsu alone. Haki could counter it....but luffy is too stupid to even realize he's in a genjutsu. Natsu have no counter for it whatsoever. Amaterasu will burn rubber. If Luffy touches amaterasu then this fight is over for him. And he isnt gonna blitz sasuke's sharingan. Gaara defences was fast enough to block amaterasu....and it was also fast enough to stop the raikage's leg drop that was intended to kill sasuke. Gaara can turn the entire battlefield into a desert. Natsu's fire cant counter that much sand. If he tried to do that.....he will only run out of magic power.

After reading this thread I feel good I quit Nardo a year ago.

@blackwind: lol why the naruto hate I prefer them because you could tell where they stand in battles I mean you can't really bs and say there "" busters when they aren't that can't be said for many others and with these battles its usually either they win safely or lose badly most of the time I see on here.

gaara's sand still reacts on it's own.. and saves gaara on it's own.. plus gaara have flight.... can turn the whole field into desert... can drown or bury others... can use sand coffin or sand burial to finish quickly (if u remember those terrifying attacks of gaara of the desert)

i don't think anyone has the luxury to dominate gaara here..

@ssj_god: yes but Luffy and natsu are about as fast as lee if not faster with his gates open during chunin exams so they potentially could land one like lee if but he has improved since but he hasn't really fought any speedsters so far so I can't really tell where it's at.

come on .. he became kazekage.. of course he improved many times :D

and speedblitzing on a desert field is a bit difficult i think :D
