G1 Megatron vs Transmetal 1 BW Megatron

What about BW Megatron's unbroken list of Tens on his toy's tech spec? While the original megatron lacks said unbroken list of tens.

Weren't normal Transformers like twice the size of BW transformers?

This. G1 could probably crush BW Megs. I remember they found the Ark in one of the episodes and the original Transformers were much larger.

Would be better with Dragon BW Megatron after fusing with G1 Megatron 's spark.

G1 Megatron laughs and wins this

It took virtually all of BW Megatron's power in a shot to the head to put Optimus Prime in a critical situation. And he had to do it while Prime was in a coma.

Also, G1 was incredibly inconsistent in scale. So we should just use the BW scale for G1 Transformers.

Transmetal Megatron was somewhere in the range of 10 feet tall, as he didn't appear to grow in height from his original to his transmetal form and Cheetor is listed at 230 cm (7.5 ft). These are the roughs of the characters in preproduction from the DVD release of the series.

Using that as a measuring tool, we can estimate G1 Megatron's height as he appeared in BW.

Using this, Optimus Prime's head appears to be approximately 5 ft tall.

Using this as the scale, and given that G1 Optimus Prime/Megatron were approximately the same height, we can assume that Megatron was somewhere in the range of 60 ft tall.

This is supported by the fact that Rhinox, someone only about a foot shorter than Transmetal Megatron, has to use his entire body to push buttons meant for G1 Transformer fingers/hands.

Anyway, I just wanted to make this thread a little fun and interesting. This is clearly a super stomp in G1 Megatron's favor.
