Android 18. Pretty sure future trunks was at least close to equal to Vegeta prior to the Hyperbolic Time Chamber training.

Vegeta he was the strongest Z-Warrior at the time i can't believe iam doing this but by refering to power levels

Main Time Line 18 260m

So previous time line 18 who is a lot weaker by the feat of trunks being helpless would be about 180m- 200m.

I'm honestly inclined to believe that Vegeta would still lose.

Why? Cause he is stronger than eighteen for sure, but eighteen has endless ki. If vegeta will get mad (which he usually does) and shoot eighteen with all of his powers (which he usually do) he can end it at the beginning.

Unless he end it fast, hes powers stars to drain, and android 18 will vain upperhand, which means that she will win for sure after vegeta's powers are gone.

theres absolutely no reason why trunks would have any clue what hes talking about. the future cyborgs did not take future gohan seriously, not even using 50% on him, and trunks is even weaker. anyway this is the definition of spite because the OP had to know vegeta can't breath on the moon.

@uft: When characters boast, it serves a purpose. It establishes them as arrogant and sets up from them to be wrong.

When a reliable character like Trunks says something like "A is stronger than B" the purpose it serves is to communicate information to the audience.

vegeta might be able to win since the future androids were weaker but he would have to do it before he got tired since the androids never get tired.

not really no. it was told to us by the cyborgs themselves they held back against someone at least as fearsome as trunks was. massively. so 17's word > trunks word right? why would they ever use 100% on him if thye never did for gohan?

future 18 was cruel and sociopathic. she along with his brother reduced future earth to its ravaged state with only few concerns of certain luxuries like hair. main timeline 18 is opposite that and even kissed krillin. she didn't try to kill him. if this was future 18, krillin and everyone would have been dead.

given the differences above, why would the future version be more than capable of holding back on their enemies when they practically razed future earth and why would they be an equal to their main timelines when future gohan lasted longer on two androids compared to everyone who went after main timeline 18 and 17.

im aware of that. i still maintain he has no basis to make that claim because both held back, to unknown degrees. so how could we know for sure? how could he?

lets say superman and shazam both hit you. but you have no idea how much either hold back or whats going on, because your over twice as weak as they are AND you cant measure their energy levels either to get a better idea.

absurd. 17 alone murdered future gohan while heavily implying he could have done it at any time he wanted, but held back. trunks specifically names 17 as his killer.
