This. Full realized Plutonian = Reality Warper which is beyond any incarnation of Thor.

Isn't a fully realized Plutonian a reality warper? RKT is above Odin, so I'm not sure who would win as I think they would both be reality warpers. RKT just has too few showings, but his power seemed to be bordering on the universal scale.

A plutonian who realizes that he doesn't have super powers "à la Surperman" but in fact rearranges matter around him to allow him extraordinary feats. A fully realized Plutonian would be like Molecule Man pre-retcon. the most powerful being aside from some abstracts. Thor, RK or not, wouldn't last a second.

Ah I see. So this is more of a theoretical battle since one is not actually a current character and the other has limited feats.
