Full-Powered Tyrant vs. TOAA (Celestial) vs. The Stranger
"1.Tyrant 2.Probably Stranger 3.TOAA (Celestial) "
The Stranger is well below the power level of a Celestial.
"Stranger wins. And I grant you it's not by shown feats but by design. Stranger > TOAA > Tyrant "
Full-Powered Galactus = Tyrant and has takrn down three Celestials at once before. Why can't he beat TOAA? BTW no way is Stranger, a guy who lost to Juggernaut, > Tyrant.

The three celestials that "Galactus defeated" were not above TOAA (celestial), even together. Also, remember that The Stranger is supposed to be part of the Living Tribunal (the 4th face) but chose not to be."Stranger wins. And I grant you it's not by shown feats but by design. idk he's just not impressive to me. Even Savage Hulk has withstood his Cosmic Powers. All he really does is bow down to Galactus like Lord Order, Sire Hate, etc.

He's not SUPPOSE to be, he was only offered the role, but as you said, declined it! That is irrelivent and means nothing in this battle or any other. He was not offered that role from LT cause he was allpowerfull!
"Sorry, but Stranger is far from above any Celestial, let alone TOAA Celestial. "
Illurstrate plase.

"Putting aside PIS, as we should be able to on the vine, then make a case for who wins.
i know tyrant is really powerful, and from what i see this stranger guy is apparently out of his league. but does anybody know what kind of powers this celestial has? based on his name i take it hes probably the strongest celestial
