After reading his bio, I give to win to Spidey. He's dealt with much more versatile enemies before. And he's bloodlusted here. A bloodlusted Spidey is not someone to mess with.

@icecold14: It would pose a problem in the sense that anyone with superpowers would pose a "problem" to Spidey simply for being more than a regular human, but it wouldn't be nearly enough to take him down.
