Really?  No love for Thor vs Green Lantern, but as cute little animals?  And as bloodlusted cute little animals? 
 
My money is on B'dg here, I don't think Frog Thor is as skilled with his hammer as Thor is with Mjolnir.  Although Puddlegulp does have a warrior's heart and is an experienced leader!

@the_legendary_supersaiyan_hulk: I'm not big into anime.... But I would imagine a low or mid tier DBZ character (even though it would be banned its all I can think Of really) ...though Throg has the possibility to take on some top dogs

@jmarshmallow: that's debatable, throg should have all of thor powers but toned down for his size, the average frog is around 8cm's long and thor is 6.6 ft tall....so take Thors feats and divide them by 201.17 and that should give you throgs capabilities, though I could wrong.

Edit: never mind I messed up on the math, divide thors feats by 25.14 and you should get throgs capabilities

@cgoodness: Throg has never shown the capabilities to blow up a moon, something that any character above a power level of 300 can do.

And everybody in DBZ is above a power level of 300.
