Frisky4's Tournament! (Full)

This is my first tournament, so I hope I did all right on it. Let me know your thoughts on how I did.

Now that that's done, I'll go into character limits and whatnot, borrowing heavily from @floopay's Street-Level system.

Street-Level only!

• 3 character max
• Strength max is 12 tons
• Standard gear unless prep is involved
• No offensive telepathy (no illusions, mind-rape, etc)
• No more than 5 powers
• Travel Speed below Mach 1
• Reflexes limited to Iron Fist levels (casual bullet catching)
• Durability limited to Spiderman and/or Beast
• Regen limited to Wolverine levels
• Energy blast, maximum strength is no more powerful than a house buster
• Limited Vibranium / Adamantium / Enhanced Metals / Enhanced Materials. I will allow Wolverine, but no suits (Black Panther with Vibranium Suit not allowed)
• Cloners and Duplicators can make up to 3 clones or duplicates.
• No hax powers that can't be countered by standard means

If you have a character you really want to use but exceeds some limits, talk to me about it and we will see about nerfing certain abilities. Ex: Say someone want to use Agent Venom but he exceeds some of the limitations, we will see about nerfing strength to 10 tons, etc.

If you want to use a character but you or any other person feels that one or more of their power is questionably hax, talk to me about it and I'll see what I can do.

Eh, with the limitations I set, maybe I could remove that rule. Tell me who you're thinking about first.

@frisky4: Define 5 power limit. Does this include physicals?

Does not include physicals. Super strength and senses don't count. I mean like, teleportation or sonic scream, stuff like that.

Crona ( can harden her/his blood and has sound attacks ), Pride ( Regen and shadow control ), and Pyrrha Nikos ( Magnetism and super badassness in combat )

Hmm. Okay. The rule will be lifted, but I mainly want this to be comic characters.

....I don't think it can be countered by regular means, but maybe? I guess I'd allow Jason's All-Blades. Is it super extending wire?

As for puppet master, usually you go by what your character is likely to do, rather than what you decide they do.

@frisky4: Ok switch to Adamantium weapons and Puppet Master for perks. Also do I get infinite adamantium ammo if I have infinite ammo normally?

Arena suggestion: Chernobyl reactor.

As long as it doesn't become unfair for your opponent, sure. If it gets too broken, I'll figure something out at that point.
